Return Eligibility

We accept eligible returns within 60 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • Items must be free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • Items must not be altered or modified in any way

All returned merchandise will be inspected before a refund is approved.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear without original hygiene liners
  • Earrings & jewelry
  • Accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Customized or personalized products

Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout are not eligible for return under any circumstances.


Return Request Process

To start a return request, customers must contact our support team first for approval.

Once approved, we will provide:

  • Authorized return instructions
  • The approved return address

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes:

  • Delivery confirmation

Sassysky is not responsible for:

  • Lost return packages
  • Delayed return shipments
  • Packages sent to incorrect addresses

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Partial refunds may apply if:

Late or Missing Refunds

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • Missing items from your order

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
